「The property is very roomy and comfortable. Proximity to the Waterfront, Stanley Park, and the Gaslight District is outstanding and our host was very accessible and helpful. The only downside to the property is that there is only one key fob for the unit so coordination is key.」

「I liked the whole place, as advertised. The only challenge was that the shower is a smallish stand up shower, which was a little tough to navigate (I'm 6 ft 3 in and 220 lbs) ... So for most folks, that wouldn't really be an issue.」

「The apartment was really lovely and had everything we needed. Mark was helpful and helped us to check in early as the apartment was ready and it was all smooth. The apartment is well located within walking distance of most everything. Not having parking is a little bit of an issue but we found secure paid 24 hour parking a few blocks away which considering the reasonable price of the unit factored in. Downtown Vancouver is having a real crisis issue with drug addicts and homeless people so one...

「Nice bldg. Great location. Unit smaller than appears on pictures, but more than enough space for 1 or 2. Clean. City nightlife street noise does carry up to unit. Didn't bother me, but worth mentioning.」

We spent 3 nights here and were able to walk to BC place for a game, walk to Queen Elisabeth Theatre for a performance and take a quick train ride to Robson St. shopping area. It’s also very close to the Fable Creek ferry rides that take you to Granville island and other places. You don’t need a car when staying here. The apartment has everything you need. 「We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, spacious and the host communicated amazingly. The only drawback was the parking stall was very tight and we were driving a large vehicle. Had we known it was a small stall, we would have driven a smaller car. 」

「Compact two bedroom, two bath condo had everything we needed for a good stay. Provided parking spot was a tight fit deep in the underground parking structure, and close to the elevator. Check-in codes, door/elevator fob, and garage fob remote was a challenge to master. Was able to walk to a lot of attractions and condo amenities were nice. Would stay again.」
