"This was a fantastic choice for our family trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to many shops, restaurants as well as BC place and Rogers Arena. It’s clean, practical and the kitchenette helps save a few bucks as well. Would stay there again. "

"Terrible experience. The management was incredibly rude and mishandled a situation blamed Expedia and my use of 3rd parties for the problem. They also charge high prices for parking which ends at 11am (check out) out so if you are staying the day in Vancouver (such as a conference) you must pay $55 again or move your car. "

"I think it didn’t quite meet expectations for price. Rooms are stylish but are small and is a little dated compared to pictures. The staff are friendly but not so service oriented. They have a new locker system to store bags yourself which is quite inconvenient, there is no service staff ie porter to help you. "
