"Very big rooms There was maintenance on one of the elevators so only one of the two elevators was working One of the guests had two dogs and did not want anyone in the elevator when her dogs were there This made the wait time to be quite long I suggest in future that people should have priority over the pets Staff were very good"

"I planned on using The $25 VIP reward I was supposed to get on breakfast so I went to the restaurant at 8:50am and was told that they were going to stop serving breakfast at 9am “So sorry” but I could order room service. When I checked it out the elevated costs for that service was total BS. $12 for a cup of coffee??? "

"When we stayed it was very quiet which was nice. The parking lot had roughly 15 vehicles overnight so there was plenty of room. My son said the blanket on the pullout couch was a bit dirty (or stained maybe?) but otherwise we had no issues. The pool was warm and enjoyable. Despite the breakfast room being very busy there was plenty of food to eat. We had sausage, eggs and waffles but there was cereals, fruit and other options as well."
