"Really good location for shopping and Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Parking and unloading on Seymour is impossible. There is no driveway to stop at. The parking itself is across the street in a garage and is OK once you have registered. The hotel is older and a bit dated but clean and comfortable."

"Last minute single night staycation in a Fairmont Gold room. Was unsure about the upgrade but we loved it!! The Gold Lounge breakfast and canapés were delicious. The outdoor patio of the Lounge is a beautiful spot. Service from the Gold concierges was amazing despite the constant lineup of folks with shockingly weird questions and needs. I was amazed at how they kept up with it all. Even got us a reservation at a restaurant that you just can’t get reservations to last minute. Room was very clean and well appointed - it’s not a new hotel so it is limited by its 1990 era construction. But the bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. Pool is a basic rectangle but they have done a great job with it. Big pool deck. Lots of loungers, light music, and a poolside bar (prices were insane but what can you do). Again - it exceeded our expectations. We will stay here again for sure."
