"The staff was amazing in all categories. They were friendly, professional and very attentive. I was especially impressed by their kindness and willingness to help each other which was apparent at the front desk and especially in the restaurants. Call out excellent service from our server Dallas and her supporting team and the very sweet lady in the gift shop. My only disappointment was the cost of the buffet breakfast. $49!! I would think the hotel would want to encourage guests to use it which would cut down on kitchen orders and food waste. Loved the water fill stations. Would like to see more hotels (especially resorts) use this option to replace plastic water bottles! This hotel location was a 12 minute walk to Stanley park to left and a beautiful morning walk around the bay to the right! Great location. Many other restaurants all in walking distance from this location. We were on the second floor and I was concerned with traffic noise but there wasn’t any. Only seagulls! "

The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally polite and professional. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. "My husband and I stayed her for 5 nights while my sister was at St. Paul's Hospital. Century Plaza has a medical rate, which helped. With the hospital right next door it made our coming and going that much easier. Our corner room had a wonderful view, a kitchenette, flawless internet and cable tv. All the staff were polite and friendly, and our room was refreshed each day. Because I had booked through Expedia, we received a $25.00 voucher for C-Prime, the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely treat. "
