"Front desk closed early for some reason, but check in instructions were clear. Breakfast staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Most annoying issue was I had left an item in my room and called the front desk but got no answer so I left a message. After a few hours I tried calling again with no answer.so we stopped by anout 2pm. The lobby door was locked and no one at the front desk. "The lakes was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were clean and very large. They have carpet which I don’t love but were very clean and comfortable.it would be nice to have the restaurant open for breakfast as there really isn’t anywhere nearby that serves breakfast. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and the food was very good! They didn’t have a tee time available which was disappointing but overall it was very good value and I would certainly recommend it."
