「受付迄階段がありましたがスーツケース搬入を手伝ってもらいました。生憎部屋にあるシャワーヘッド受けのネジが緩く入浴中に突然ヘッドが左足親指に落ちて内出血という不運に見舞われました。次の日に状況を説明し要修理の旨伝えたら午前中に修繕してくれました。マリタイムバスターミナル迄徒歩15〜18分の所にあります。途中ガソリンスタンド付のコンビニNEEDSがあり軽食買えます。」

「モントリオールの街を散歩するのにとても便利でした。VIAの駅にも歩いていけます。ケベックの日帰り旅も楽しむことができました。 朝食を作ってくれたスタッフも親切で、もちろん美味しかったです。」

「The place is good quality for the price, but the staff is so rude! I dealt with 3 different people and all were not nice. They seemed unhappy i had made my reservation on Expedia instead of calling them directly? And then they seemed upset that i wanted to pay by credit card instead of debit, refering an email i was supposed to have received but i never got. Anyways. So yeah, clean and safe-ish (lock for our room was a tiny bathroom like lock, with no safe in the room), for the price you pay...

「This hotel was not as advertised. We paid for a queen bed and got a double. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was not (apparently the app to order breakfast was not working). The computer program for registration was also not working properly. We tried several times in advance to complete the booking online as requested but even after spending half an hour with someone on the phone we couldn’t do it. 「The AC unit was nice to have but had to have it set very low to cool the room. It was pointed away from the main part of the room so had to work extra hard.」

「The man who operates the Inn was very unpleasant and unkind to me and my wife. The establishment is quaint and in a good location, but those qualities do not compensate for his rudeness. I regret that we didn't stay elsewhere.」
