"great location and price is lower compared to hotels, especially during peak season. However, it’s still a campus residence - housekeeping is only once a week so during our whole stay of 4 days the room got pretty messy with no way for us to clean it. The room wasn’t super clean when we checked in, there was hair here and there, stains on the couch. The AC is old, windows don’t open, so the air felt a bit stiff inside. Other than that, it was a fine room that has all the amenities you need like private shower, towels, shampoos."

"The Hotel Monroe was perfect for a family. It was clean, a great location, nice pool and terrace, a wrap around porch and lots of room for me and my family of 3 young adults to spread out. I booked the 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms which gave us lots of space. It would be perfect for 2 couples with one child as well. The 3rd bedroom is off of the living area so not as private but it didn’t bother us. There is no restaurant but lots of choices nearby and we had a kitchen for breakfast and light snacks."
