"We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric Montreal. Check in was quick and easy. The room was exceptionally clean (no carpet which we loved). The star of the show was the bed - one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept on! "

"Room was tiny, no soap in the dispenser, breakfast was underwhelming (but the croissants were surprisingly delicious!). Honestly it did the job - well located and fine. Would stay again, in a pinch."

"The price is aligned with what you get. Tax in the room was $160 and we were “upgraded” to a presidential suite which honestly was unnecessary as it had an awkward boardroom and living area with cold white/blue lighting. Lina at reception was not cut out for the hospitality industry. Do not expect to change her attitude. I wouldn’t even mention this if I hadn’t heard her talking to a friend on the phone with a completely different energy while we waited for forks. Lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. "
