「Nothing special, but it does the trick. It should be priced lower. This is an honest opinion. We didn’t hate the place but the location is the best part. Also, a few things should be fixed the towel racks are broken in the bathroom. Also the handle in the shower is broken. The carpet is gross you need a new one and the biggest thing is the entrance to the building doesn’t actually lock and needs to be serviced. If you’re looking for a good review, maintain the property.」

「Very clean, nice facilities. I was flummoxed by entry, and it seems like you're calling into some sort of telephone center when you call the number given--the person couldn't figure out why there wasn't a number pad on the door and told me I must be in the wrong place (I definitely was NOT). She had someone call me back who helped me immediately. Turns out you touch the part that says "Yale" on the pad and it lights up with numbers. Who knew?
About noise: You do need earplugs and a sleep...

「The apartment is what we expected. The neighborhood had great restaurants in walking distance and was close to McGill which was perfect for us. With saying this, we were not aware that it was right across the street from a night club and the noise was in the street until 4am. We quickly got ear plugs which made it better but did not get a great sleep in the 4 nights there.」

「The apartment was very small and with a strong smell of cleaning products and the Murphy no comfortable. It was very clean the apartment , having a washing machine in the building was very convenient. however the neighbourhood was sketchy.
There was a Mexican restaurant that we really enjoy across the street..
The metro was very close within two blocks away, same distance was the supermarket.
I had to pay $40 for arriving at 6:40 PM. I never got receipt for discharge.」

「My family and I had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment. The place came with various amenities. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was also very beautiful and convenient, with a lively park and useful grocery store nearby. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!」
