「Staff were very helpful and the location was convenient—close to the station—and we had a comfortable stay. However, there were many stairs, which made moving large pieces of luggage a bit of a hassle.」

「The capsule size itself is fine for a 6'1 human. What sucked was when I arrived, I was assigned a capsule that had the doors open and was obviously recently slept in (bedding was a mess, looked still occupied, despite have 11am checkouts and 3pm checkins) and a locker that wouldn't open as the panel was broken. Staff elbowed the panel back in somewhat working order, but the mechanism was missing a battery cover on the inside which they noted but didn't seem bothered by. I test my card and it...

「If you have kids under 10 and want to keep them entertained all the time, this is the place for that. Plenty of activities for the kids and the food is ok. But besides that the rooms are old and dilapidated, wall paper coming off the walls. The washroom exhaust didn’t work. The chlorine smell permeates everything and everywhere. The side doors are not locked (security issues) The closet doors wouldn’t open.」

「素敵なお城ステイ体験が出来て良かったです。 但し、お城の中は広すぎて中々ロビーに行くのが大変でした。概ね綺麗に清掃されているのですが、前の方の使いかけの綿棒が入れ物の中に放置されていたり、寝具が少し臭うのが気になりました。 朝食は多品種用意されていましたし、ウェイターの方がコーヒーのおかわりに回ってくださりサービスは良かったです。フルーツ類〔すいか、メロン〕が固いので、地元の季節のフルーツの方が良いと思いました。」

「施設は古さは感じますが、とても清潔に保たれており、不自由さは感じませんでしたし、むしろ歴史を感じる素敵なお部屋でした。また、町を散策するにもとても便利な場所にあり、観光を存分に楽しめました。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで楽しい滞在となりました。お世話になりました。」

「外気温にかかわらすエアコン効きすぎで寒かったくらい。出張先もエアコン効きすぎで寒かったのでカナダの６月はそんなものかも。風邪を引きました。それと朝食の場所、時間などホテルでのサービスに関わる事項の事前説明が無かった。１Fロビーにあるレストランはビュッフェ式でなく注文をしてから料理が来るという通常のレストランで夜は割とリーズナブルな料金で良かったが、朝、仕事に出かける立場としては朝早起きしないとという状況、他に食事が取れるような場所が見当たらなかったのと、朝は結構フロントに客がならんでいたりでどこで朝食とれるのか聞く時間がなかった。部屋はとりあえずは清潔感があるが、細々したところで清潔感を欠く。部屋のお世話をされている方々は廊下で挨拶もあり、日本的は感じ良さあがあった。せめてボンジュールと返したい。旧市街へは歩いて１５分程度で、バス停も歩いて１０分以内のところにいくつあり、市内観光には便利。ホテルの格式は感じるが価格を考えると総じてよい滞在とは言えなかった。」

「部屋は広くてベッドも快適。バスタブが有り有難かったが、シャワーは弱い。朝食は美味しかった。普通のホテル。」

「The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well. Having a microwave in the room was also very convenient and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service.」

「フロントの対応は非常に親切です。部屋の広さは一人旅行でクイーンサイズベッドの部屋でしたが十分です。清掃も行き届いています。また利用したいと思える水準でした。すぐ南に中華街があるのは便利ですが、少し北に行くと風俗店や繁華街のあるエリアがあるので夜間は注意してください。」
