Our 5 night stay was absolute heaven. The staff, each and every one of them, were so friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable and wonderful. I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The bar and lounge were great places to read, relax and meet people. We now have new found friends from Australia. We were also fascinated by the historic of the building and seeing artifacts all throughout the property - even on the room. We loved our stay. It was our second time there and we look forward to visiting again.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff was so happy and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable. The overall feeling is cozy and quaint, exactly what you want from a boutique style hotel. Much better than some of the larger ones around. The spa was amazing as well and don’t forget to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a “tea time” cocktail from the bar!

The staff were excellent. A gentleman at the front desk kindly helped us book a restaurant since we don’t speak French, and he was incredibly helpful. The hotel is in a great location and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable even though the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. A couple times items like coffee pods, cream was not replenished or cups not cleaned. The Artefact bar was very nice.
