Hotel Brossard, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Hotel Brossard, an Ascend Collection Hotel

8/10 Good
"Family of two adults, a teenager and one child visiting Montreal for the first time. Convenient location to everything. Room was spacious and very clean. Not a lot of drawers for a family of four so we asked for extra hangers that never came. Wi-Fi was not working and was told it was being fixed. It was never fixed during our Sunday-Thursday stay. Advice for families that require a good night sleep with little sound interruptions: don’t accept a hotel room in-front of the elevators. You will hear everything! Breakfast has some variety but same offerings all four mornings we were there: cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast/bagels, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, beans and sausages. Scrambled eggs did not taste normal, had a jello texture and tasted plastic. Coffee tasted stale. Dinning area was always kept clean and food replenished when empty. Suggestion for the hotel: allow people who are sick to eat in their room away from others to avoid the spread of germs. A guest was going to bring food to their family member that wasn’t feeling well and one of the staff member yelled at them and made them throw all the food in the garbage. None of the staff members ever smiled except for one kitchen lady. Everyone seemed unhappy to work there. We paid $200/night. This is just an “ok” hotel. We wouldn’t book it again."

Hotel Europa, BW Signature Collection

Hotel Europa, BW Signature Collection

10/10 Excellent
"Our experience at Hotel Europa, BW Signature Collection, was outstanding. The staff consistently went above and beyond, greeting us with a smile and promptly addressing our needs. The cleanliness was impeccable—our room was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. All common areas, including the indoor gym, offered excellent amenities, including free coffee and fast Wi-Fi. Few places excel equally in service and cleanliness, and this hotel demonstrated both at the highest level. We unquestionably had a comfortable and memorable stay."

Le Nouvel Hotel

Le Nouvel Hotel

8/10 Good
"Make sure you ask not to be by the elevator. We heard all conversations day and night, so sleep was at a minimum. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Good sized fridge and TV. The hotel itself was well situated. Very walkable to food and metro stations. Everything felt close. The elevatore was a little possessed at times too. If more than 2 floors were punched in, it shut down completely and went to the basement to hide😂"

"The concierge, Mark, was very helpful and made reservations for us at a great restaurant. All staff were very friendly, and the people in the Club room on the 37th floor were marvelous during breakfast. A fantastic breakfast, by the way - with a great view. Fast clean elevators, excellent location, wonderful amenities. A great stay."
