「The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well. Having a microwave in the room was also very convenient and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service.」

「空港からバスでホテルに行きましたが、バス停がホテル前にありとても便利でした。近くに飲食店もたくさんあります。 部屋も広く、バストイレもキレイでした。スタッフも親切でした。 タオル類が薄かったのが少し残念でしたが、その他は満足です。」

「No elevators and labyrinthian construction so a little difficult to manhandle luggage around. Coffee machine is environmentally-dubious Nespresso capsules only rather than a filter machine that can take generic coffee and filters so you can’t bring and brew your own. Room reasonably comfortable.」

「D’abord, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée n’était pas celle que j’avais demandée et confirmée par e-mail. De plus, pendant mon séjour, le ménage n'a pas été fait à plusieurs reprises. Lorsque je me suis plainte à la réception, l’équipe de nettoyage ne commençait généralement qu’une bonne heure plus tard. J’aurais voulu changer d’hôtel. 「排水口に毛髪が詰まって流れなかった。シャワーがとても弱い。ごみ箱の中身が捨てられていなかった。グラスが取り換えられていなかった。フロントスタッフの対応は普通。駅から微妙な距離にあるので、タクシー以外で利用するのは大変。近くによいスーバーはない。」
