Room and hotel was clean. The staff are sooo kind and accommodating. Any question we had was answered with enthusiasm to help. I would recommend here to stay if you visit montreal. We stayed mostly inside as the weather was bad this winter but i have no complaints it was a cozy stay. The hotel restaurant was lovely and the breakfast buffet was just as nice. This place has what you need for a relaxing stay.

The room was very nice. Everything was very clean, and the giant window provided a breathtaking view of downtown Montreal. I did not encounter one member of staff who wasn’t super friendly and very happy to help if needed. From the concierge, to the front desk, and the housekeeping staff, they just couldn’t have been nicer! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would recommend! I also would not hesitate to stay there again.
