Not that it was a huge deal, but the TV never worked properly. We had someone come up 3 times, and it worked for a brief few moments and then it didn’t. We gave up. They need to spray for insects. Saw a multi-legged insect on the wall next to the curtain. By the time I got something to kill it, it was gone. Kind of creepy looking. Yuck! Would not stay there again.Area around hotel was a little sketchy as well, but I never felt unsafe.

An underground shopping mall! Many many choices of stores, food vendors, Gelato stands and even a SAQ, liquor store. The metro stop was located here as well so very convenient. Undergoing some renovations but still the place was well lit and safe.
