Highly recommend this property. Very clean. Responsive hosts, easy checkin, clear lockbox instructions. Very unfussy check out procedure - really nothing, pretty much just leave! Roomy and clean apartment. AC hit every corner of the unit. Great neighborhood. Small well-stocked epicerie across the street, several excellent coffee shops within 2 blocks, and many great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

O apartamento é perfeito! Mto espaçoso, confortável, eu me senti em casa...a cozinha é perfeita, tem tudo para preparar as refeições...banheiro, cama, tudo mto bom! Tem maquina de lavar e secar roupas (com sabão disponível), perfeito para longas estadias..a localização é perfeita tbm, mtas coisas perto e super seguro.

First, we'd like to say that the 1 bedroom apt. was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. A fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, eating utensils, it's all there, Just bring any cooking foil, and plastic wrap, if you need it. Dish soap, and bathing supplies are included. And a nice location, within walking distance to many things- restaurants, Mt. Royal, arts, and things to do. Also the IGA supermarket is a short walk away, and liquor stores are nearby. Groceries and liquor prices are a bit expensive though. Our only concern, is that there needs to be better instructions on parking to unload the vehicle, with a warning that the entrance to the building is off a pedestrian walkway, not a street. And more detailed instructions on the keypad, and entering the building. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back in the spring, for a longer stay.

Prince Arthur is a great street to stay on, you are within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do! Yes there is a skylight in the bedroom, so bring a sleep mask (I never travel without my sleep mask and special earplugs made for sleep). For the girlies looking to book here, I would suggest bringing a travel sized mirror with a light to do your make up. I had an amazing weekend stay, and will be booking here again for sure!

Overall gorgeous unit with a lot of space. Things to note: 1. check in process here was rather poor, the door code they provided did not work and I needed to rely on the cleaning crew, luckily who were there when I was checking in, to help reach mgmt to get inside. 2. AC/Heat: the unit has 10 thermostats, but the only functional heating/cooling is the attached split unit on the ground floor. This was not explained to us. Secondly, the bedroom downstairs has no heat or at least we couldn't find it so expect temps to be 20 or more below what you set upstairs 3. No elevator - the bldg is all staircase 4. Noise - the unit is mostly silent, but sat night on Prince Arthur being so close to loud bars expect to hear some noise late at night, but the volume is rather muted.

Clean and in a super cool, walkable area. Note that there is no elevator. The listing could have communicated that explicitly, rather than hiding that detail. The window latch (and glass itself) was broken. I could therefore not open the window. The suite did not look like the images. That said, it suited me just fine. No face cloths though, which I found really annoying, nor were there hand towels, nor were there tea towels or oven mitts! For the price, and the type of listing, these items should be supplied.

Great, central location. Well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were very convenient. Units facing Avenue Prince-Arthur can be noisy at night since there are a lot of restaurants and bars, but that's true of everywhere in this neighborhood.

Exactly as advertised. It's a bit more than a hotel room but less than hotel suite. Easy in and out. Quick responses from the owner. If you're in town for longer than 2 days I would definitely recommend. 5/5 would stay here again.
