7.8/10 Good! (618 reviews)
The stay was better than expected. The check in process was smooth as everything was electronic and check in process and codes available to us before we even reached. The place was clean, amenities were great and every need was considered for our stay, whether it was dishwasher pods or laundry detergent packs. The room view was spectacular, and the property did well to accommodate my request for a lower floor room & still managed to give us a room with an excellent view. The lift worked fine and parking was very convenient. It was a shame that we did not have enough days to spend at a lovely place.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (132 reviews)
Absolutely wonderful accommodations! If you want to have a floor to ceiling view of the forest, look no further. Our unit was very clean, modern design with larger refrigerator, induction cooktop and air fryer. There were also pot/pans/etc if you wanted to cook. The room has ample controls for main area and bathroom heating. Everything worked and the scenery was wonderful. You can sit it your room, 2 seats( why doesn’t every room you rent do this?) and they have.e outdoor seating at each unit. We did not try the complementary onsite spa or opt for the outdoor gas fireplace. There is also a public golf course across the road with a nice menu and you can usually get outside seating on the deck, if desired. If I’m back through this area, this is my first choice for lodging.

The amenities (hot tub, pool, sauna, gym) were great and open until 11 which is nice. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. For a 3.5 star hotel that I paid over $550 USD per night I was surprised that the cabinets were in such bad shape. Carpets old. Needs a facelift for sure. The free coffee in the lobby was a hit. Very good high tech machine with fresh grounds. Staff nice. Beware that tour bus groups stay here.
