"r stay was amazing, I took my 15-year-old daughter for our very first girls trip to Banff and this hotel was above and beyond all our expectations! The service was amazing, The room was clean and well layed out. Its within close walking distance to the main street whixh was very handy. The hot tub was so fun, The facilities were clean and the feeling of sitting in an underground yet open air cave was a very cool experience, We absolutely would stay there again"

"Stayed at this hotel for a Christmas party and was amazed by the interior—newly renovated and very spacious. I initially underestimated it because of the exterior, but after my first stay, it has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay in Banff. We ended up extending for another night, and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to keep the same room. The location is perfect, right in the center, and the underground parking is a huge plus during winter. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommended!"
