This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Banff. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Great pizzas and coffee at the restaurant. We also did the spa one evening and that was such a nice experience. Can’t wait to go back!

This was an amazing hotel and spa to stay at. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and stocked with amenities. We were able to enjoy Canmore/Banff and surrounding areas and unwind with the use of the spa. My only regret is not trying the restaurant. We would come back and stay here without question.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean. I was surprised with a welcome greeting and macarons since it was my birthday. Me and my family enjoyed it. Parking was very easy too.

The hotel is new.. it's clean and beautiful. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfotable. The pizza at the restaurant was delicious. The spa was really nice and relaxing. The hotel is about a 20 min walk into town. Views are amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The wall decor was the best... I loved all the pictures and decor they had around the hotel.

As other reviews stated the restaurant lounge area service is terrible. Very slow, very very slow. Rooms were great loved the decor. Spa was sensational, including the spa cafe. Would stay again but would not eat in the hotel restaurant.

We loved this hotel everyone was so nice, we had an early flight and they let us check in early into our room. I would come back here again. The Nordic Spa was really nice just wish it was a bit bigger. Other than that we will be coming back to this hotel again and would recommend to my family and friends.

Beautiful location, spa is awesome, food and drink were excellent. Beds are super comfortable. Easy access to town, can drive 3 mins or walk about 15 mins, there’s a nice path. Very pricey but consistent with other properties in Canmore.
