"The hotel was still under construction, but the room had been remodeled and was extremely clean. Mobile check‑in made everything very convenient. The location was great, so it was easy to walk around Banff from the hotel."

"Fantastic hotel with a great vibe. We. Loved. It. Positives: Close to the main shopping and restaurant scene but at the same time far enough away from the crowds. Super comfortable beds. Very nice hot tub and pool on the top floor which was welcomed after day of hiking. Hotel restaurant is excellent. Staff is awesome. Tip: Book a top floor room. It's worth every penny and you won't regret it. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!!!"

"We had a great first time stay in Banff! Upon arriving, we were quickly greeted. Although we were a bit early, we could check in & park, as well as received bus tickets for our group for the length of our stay; to travel along the area. Beds were comfy, and clean. Thank you!"
