「Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!」

「This could be one of the best condos in Canmore with beautiful mountain views and a spacious suite. Unfortunately the suite was not properly cleaned with dishes in the cupboard having caked-on-food, the underside of the bed full of dust bunnies an a piece of cutlery and food and crumbs on the floor. The furniture needs to be replaced as it is not as shown on the site and is not comfortable for sitting in its current state.」

「Canmore is great. Place was average. Small furnishings could be improved and the second shower is barely usable for an adult. Resort was above average with hot tub, no jets. Fitness center. We didn’t use the spa but there is one. Also a restaurant on property which looked good but we ate out. Lots of great places in Canmore. I would look at other options to stay in Canmore. Place was ok. Clean, host was good, but might be nicer places for the money in Canmore. It’s a wonderful town and not...

「The stay was good. The king bed was nice the pillows were a bit too hard. The view is of the mountains and there is a balcony to sit and have coffee if you like. There is an electric fireplace in the room. The room runs hot and you can’t really adjust the heat, it does seem preset.
