The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make use feel welcomed and even gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary! The hot tub area was 10/10 between the beautiful views to the cozy seating and fire table. I absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was great. Nice spacious and clean room. It had everything you needed. The hot tub and pool were amazing and to top it off, it was convinient having the bus take you to downtown banff ave and back right from the hotel.

The front desk staff were amazing. We had a small issue with the flute on our fireplace not closing, they were quick to fix it, and even sent over some treats as a little sorry for the inconvenience. The property and hot tub were clean and everyone was very friendly. I was only in town for one night looking at accommodations and reception venues for my wedding next year. And will definitely be suggesting hidden ridge as an option to my guests.
