Awesome hotel with great staff. Not to mention the views of the mountains from the room is insane. Definitely will be staying here again when revisiting Banff
This newly renovated property was absolutely beautiful. The perfect backdrop for my elopement. From the stark beauty of the natural landscape and mountains to the interactive amenities and prime location for hiking trails and walking distance from the Banff Gondola, which opens your eyes up to another level of beauty. The staff were so helpful and lovely and the food was impeccable. 10/10 highly recommend.
I loved the location perched in Sulphur Mountain (peace and quiet). The hotel is located walking distance from the Bathhouse and two bus stops from the Gondola. The Roam Transit bus-stop is directly in front of the hotel. Once renovation is complete, this will be a great place to stay. I didn't get to experience the spa which is why I specifically booked the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The additional amenities such as E-bikes, Thera gun, and Roam transit bus ticket were all great to utilize. The hotel's restaurants were also good. Most of the clients were retirees.
Lovely place to stay away from the bustle of Banff Center but close enough to access the town.
Parker's restaurant was excellent. The staff is lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable with stunning views. Gym was good and classes offered. Took a nice yoga class, which was great after loads of hiking.
The only glitch was the quality of the food at their Market. While convenient, the food is prepared like Starbucks (but more expensive and not as good) The Market is just not up to the quality of the rest of the place. Nice to grab a beer on their porch though!
