"We were visiting canmore for my husband's birthday, really excited for the hot tub after spending the day in the canmore Cave. Arrived at hotel and unfortunately the lock to our room was dysfunctional ...so the manager upgraded us right away. That meant that we could change and have time to soak in the pool . Very very very much appreciated! 😊 Excellent staff."
