「快適。薪の暖炉あり。 キッチン付きの部屋ですが、食事スペース（テーブルの配置）がやや窮屈。 ソファーベッドは、寝心地が今一つ良くない。 リネン類の交換で、バスマットが忘れられていることが2回あった。また、夕方帰宅時、部屋が開いたままで放置されていた日もあった。」

「予約時に毎日のハウスキーピング旨記載があったものの、5泊中、一度も掃除が行われた形跡なく、タオル類の交換もなかった(バスタブにわかるようにまとめておいたものが、帰ってきてもそのまま。バスタブも掃除がされていないことが明白)。また、朝晩は1桁前半台にまで気温が下がるのにもかかわらず、エアコンは10月まで夏季期間で使用不可となっていて、とにかく寒かった。アナザーブランケットが部屋に常備との記載にもかかわらず、それも用意されていなかった。滞在中にちょくちょくクレームをいれていたが最後まで改善されず、チェックアウト時にも何の謝罪もなし。毎日戻ってきてから、自分でタオル類を洗濯、部屋の掃除をするはめに。ファシリティはそこそこだが、サービスは最悪と言わざるを得ない。滞在者にはたくさんのルールを強いる一方、ホテルとして料金にインクルードされているなすべきサービスが全くされていない。キャンモアの滞在は、このホテルを除けば全て最高だったため、ホテルの対応が残念でならない。キャンモア...

「チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てメールでのやり取りで完結するのでとても楽でした。 お部屋は本当に清潔で、洗濯機や大型食洗機があり洗剤も完備。部屋バルコニーにはBBQコンロもありました。徒歩圏内にレストランやショッピングセンターがあるので立地も完璧でした。」

「Had a lovely girls weekend here. It was just the 2 of us. It is nicely decorated. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen appeared well socked. There was lots of coffee and teas to choose from as well as some cookies. After a day of sightseeing, we enjoyed a relaxing evening watching movies on the large tv. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「We were impressed with what all we got. The price was excellent for what we got. It was just like a small apartment. There is a Husky restaurant across the way that serves a good breakfast at a reasonable price. My only complaint was that there where no teabags or tea kettle.i find this at a lot of places but as a tea drinker it’s disheartened That being said we will return again. Very nice place」

「ダイニングとキッチンが独立していて、寝室も別室とかなり広い部屋で快適でした。 調味料は塩コショウだけですが、皿や包丁、調理器具の種類は豊富です。 車が地下駐車場で多少出し入れが不便でしたが、すぐエレベーターで客室までいけました。 コーヒーメーカーが前の客が使用したまま放置されていて、フィルターを持ってきてほしいと電話したのですが、持ってきたのは30分後で待っていられませんでした。」

「We had a great stay in Canmore. Stacey and Stanton were super responsive and helpful in helping us plan our stay. The apartment has everything you would need (including a high chair and pack and play) for younger kids. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need if you like to cook. The beds were comfortable. And best of all, the views are incredible. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Stanton and Stacey!」

「Great spot with some thoughtful items like a pack n play for kids and kids cutlery. A little Loud in the building on Friday night and with snow clearing outside. Overall an awesome condo.」
