"No free breakfast but had a Starbucks. Had two blackouts in 3 days. We were on the 12 floor. Train was right across the street. Cafe style food court in casino, no restaurants. "

"Room was clean, however a bit tired looking, just main lighting just lamps, which we found odd. The room was for 3 people (could fit 4 possibly 6 with 2 small double beds and a sofa bed) however only 2 cups and 2 glasses, again odd. There is a microwave and a tea/coffee machine, however as the pods area isn't cleaned you get residue coffee drop into the cup. The staff were helpful. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which had a reasonable amount of choice, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, eggo waffles or small pancakes on different days, toaster with bread and bagles available, tea and coffee, orange, apple juice and water, 2 cereals and small cakes selection, be prepared to eat out. The reception did advise us we could order food to the hotel and meet drivers in the lobby, there is a Tim Hortons left of the hotel and a brilliant convenience store to the right, which does hit qnd cold fresh food (salads, sandwiches and hot meals) The building is very close to the Eaton Centre Mall (5min walk) lots of homeless on the streets outside, they didn't bother anyone that we saw but just be prepared to see them sleeping lots. "

"This hotel is perfect after disembarking a cruise and taking an early flight out of YVR the next day. The 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle was greatly appreciated and was one of the reasons this hotel was booked. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and delicious sandwiches in the cafe."

"There was a bad smell in the hallways and room smelled like chlorine/bleach. No closet, no coffee machine, room with ice machine smelled like urine etc. Only reason I rated it poor was because we were only there for one night and were hardly in the room but to sleep."
