「The Dorthy was in a great location on the edge of Banff. The room was an adequate size for two adults, luggage and ski gear. The room also was warm and quiet. The large shower was A+. Parking was easy too. Overall great room at fair price. Would stay here again and recommend! Thank you!」

「Other than the kitchen oven missing the bottom tray barrier between the oven space and the lower storage drawer our stay was wonderful. We stayed in the same unit last year and noted that this oven problem was present last year.」

"バンフの中心地近くのホテルで、キッチン付きの２階部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。日本人には靴で部屋の中を歩き回るのが抵抗があり、スリッパがあればいいな、と思いました。近くにレストランやスーパー、カフェもありますが、ホテル近くは静かでとてもよかったです。バスタブの排水が悪かったので、少し評価を下げましたがステキなホテルでした。"

"バンフの国立公園巡りで2泊宿泊しました。とても便利な場所にあり。すぐ横にスーパーもありました。レストランやお土産屋さんも周辺にかなり豊富です。部屋は、ロフトタイプの部屋に宿泊しました。寝室が離れていて子供が寝た後に荷物の整理がしやすかったです。湯船もふかくてゆっくり浸かることができました。かなりおすすめできるホテルでした。"

"洗剤、コーヒーといった備品が補充されず、何度もフロントに行かなければならなかった。プールは古く汚れが目立ち、部屋も同じくメンテナンスがされていない。水回りが特にひどく、シャワーやシンクはメンテナンスされておらず壊れた状態だった。泊まったのは「プレミア」グレードにも関わらずこんな状態だった。"
