"Stayed in room 139, it was probably nice when new but is in disrepair, the bathroom door doesn’t close, the closet door was broken, the closet door for the washer dryer was missing, bedding for the hide-a-bed wasn’t washed and had some type of dark substance smeared on it. Was a disappointment for the cost. "

"Lovely place with fully stocked amenities. Property manager was responsive. We used the owners daypass to Banff and spent the day. Shout out to the roof top bar called the Elk!! Only down side is the number of kids in the hot tub right up until 10 pm. "

"The stay was good. The king bed was nice the pillows were a bit too hard. The view is of the mountains and there is a balcony to sit and have coffee if you like. There is an electric fireplace in the room. The room runs hot and you can’t really adjust the heat, it does seem preset. There is a light on the balcony that stays on all night, I think it’s on a timer. The breakfast has all you need hot and cold. The eggs, potatoes and waffles were great! There is sausage and bacon for those...
