"The parking was fine, but unfortunately our overall stay was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. There were stains in the bathroom, stains on the bedsheets, and both the pillows and bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. The room itself also smelled musty. We booked the room for four people, but only received enough bathroom amenities for one person. The shampoo and toiletries provided were very limited and not enough for the number of guests staying in the room. Housekeeping did not clean our room while we were out. When we asked staff to clean it, they gave us attitude and made it seem like we should change the sheets ourselves. We had to speak with the manager before someone was sent to help. Unfortunately, the staff member who came was rude, disrespectful, and had a very poor attitude. Overall, the cleanliness, housekeeping, customer service, and room amenities did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues improve."

"There's not much to say, other than it was very nice. My room was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly, and the location, for me was very convenient. My only minor complaint was that the TV remote was difficult to use. I had to press the buttons incredibly hard to get some of them to work. Not the end of the world. I will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel room windows do not open. The room smelled very heavily of cleaning products. I believe they were trying to cover the smell of a previous guest. It was so bad I did not stay in the hotel. I prepaid my room so I was out the cost of three nights accommodation but I could not stay. The desk clerk and the manager did not speak English very well so I could not communicate my problem. I am presently writing to the Raddison hotel chain to seek a refund."
