The bathtub definitely needs a bath mat and safety handles. The tub got very slippery. Parking in the security lot is fantastic. The only issue we had was that the elevator shuts down at 9pm every night. so you have to use the stairs. Which really isn’t horrible except we didn’t realize that the elevator shutdown and we stepped out on P4 and the stairs door closed and locked. Leaving us in the parkade having to walk down the whole parkade at night. Letting guests know about this would be great information to share for parking. We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
Wife and daughters had a long day in Vancouver. Didn’t get to check in till around 6pm. There was a wait to get checked in. Then the assigned room had someone already in it! Quite frustrating, had to go back to the front desk and there was only one person working. Had to wait back in line to get a different, non occupied room. Mistakes happen but it’s tough when you have kids and everyone is tired.

"The bathroom needed a make over, the door was damaged at the bottom and didn’t close properly… looked like water damage. The toilet was so low, ridiculously low. The shower/ bath was very old. So disappointed with that considering how much the room was."
