The only negative thing which is unavoidable for a downtown hotel is the level of noise from outside. I woke up several times to the streetcar sounds and a woman screaming outside on the street. The property and staff is absolutely fantastic though!
The layout wass very convenient, everything interconnect in the hotel, from the casino, hardrock cafe game room indoor swimming park.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing problem and the toilets supply tank would spew water on the floor after flushing. In addition, toilet paper and other waste would return to the toilet after flushing. In the morning there ...
