Prime location close to numerous attractions. Valet service terrible at check out 25 wait to get vehicle
Everything is perfect and staff is nice. Room was very spacious and clean. Best part was the jetted tub.😊
everything was easy to find, parking was a bit of an issue
I like because have all close the hotel and just don t like it my room was closed to the conference room. Loud at night
The location, the staff everything was impeccable to say the least
Very nice and clean room. The only complaint is that the alarm clock was left activated for 6:00AM by the previous guest and woke me up too early. I would recommend the staff to check the alarm clocks when preparing the room for next guest
Great location and friendly service. The hotel was clean, although a bit dated. The room did not have a fridge, which would have been a nice amenity. Overall, a good, economical choice in downtown Toronto.
