Classy, elegant, central--all one could hope for from an outstanding downtown Toronto hotel.
The property is in great location and well maintained.
Excellent customer service, Mahesh at the front desk was very personable, knowledgeable of Niagara Falls and made our stay exceptional. We will definitely be booking again soon.
I found the elevators to be very slow to arrive and the entire lower areas to be extremely crowded. Parking was very limited, driving around in circles waiting for a car to leave.
