"Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, relaxing sleep. Handy coffee shop next door for mornings. Restaurant next door Burgoo was excellent for dinner. Relaxing sitting entrance and second floor sitting area with table firepit nice touch! Elevator was down for a bit, no continental breakfast but they had evening snack and drink which was a nice surprise. Overall pleased wonderful stay overall! "

"We stayed here for 4 nights with my son and overall had a really great experience. This was actually our second stay, and we would definitely return again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping came daily which we really appreciated. The front desk team was excellent — friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. They even gave us multiple $15 coupons to use at the restaurant downstairs, which was a nice touch. We had lunch there a few times and the food was always good with great service. It made things very convenient during our stay. The only area that really needs improvement is the pool and gym area. The hot tub unfortunately looked quite dirty — I noticed hair and particles floating in the water, which wasn’t very appealing. The gym equipment is also quite outdated and some machines didn’t seem to be working properly. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was positive. The staff were wonderful and the hotel itself is comfortable and well located. With some updates to the pool and gym area, this place would be even better. We will definitely consider staying here again."

"Very old hotel so certainly needs some work but rooms were clean quiet hotel and it’s right across from ocean perfect for our need staff very friendly hallways clean and bright small kitchen with everything u need was great for us and our needs"

"This was an excellent 5-night stay! Conveniently located downtown with everything walking or Uber distance and in a seemingly safe area. Since the hotel is next to the hospital, we did hear a few ambulance sirens when our windows were open. Room 2804 was a huge corner suite with kitchen, very comfy mattress and pillows, large TV, great views off the balcony, separate living room with sofa and chairs. This hotel has the best free breakfast we have ever had! Got $30 coupon per guest for every morning in the restaurant which is very nice! Choose off the menu. The fitness room was very nice and clean with lots of equipment. The heated indoor pool was very clean. Great little coffee and pastry shop. Free safe underground parking included was also great. Staff were super helpful. Everyone is very professional. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!"

"The Westin was fantastic! The location is amazing and so close to Stanley Park. The view is incredible with the North Shore mountains and the marina and so much activity on the river with float planes and boats. The restaurant was perfect along with room service. We splurged and had valet and the whole team was beyond friendly and accommodating. Wonderful stay."
