"We had amazing stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, and upgraded our room to a king suite with ocean views, without us even asking. The room was externally clean, and fully stocked with everything we could need for our stay. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning!"

"The staff were friendly and professional. Brendan (night manager?), found us in the garage, stopped what he was doing and helped us up with our baggage. After a five hours drive it was very much appreciated. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. It was clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well approximated, and had more than we needed in supplies. I loved the kettle! So much so I’ll probably buy the same one. Our room on the ground floor was a bit noisy, so bring earplugs but don’t let it put you off staying. Pillows are firm but great, the bed was super comfy. Parking was tight! Really tight! Do pre-book parking and remember it’s city parking spots, so they’re little. We shall definitely return. "

"I could not find a channel listing for the TV. It only had the numbers associated for the channels but no call signs or logos. The safety latch on the window was broken so the window needed to be locked all night. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. For the price, I would stay again."

"Overall the stay was good, but disappointing that they were experiencing so many issues -- unable to access parking to/from the lobby, lounge/breakfast area closed under construction, only one of three elevators seemed to be working, etc. Pool area closing ridiculously early at 7pm even when there was no evening event scheduled at the nightclub (shared space). Rooms were reasonably nice and well-appointed. Had to call staff and long waits to obtain simple things like ice and drinking water, but overall staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hopefully, things are improving with this property and we would consider staying again if so."
