ニューキャッスル島の ゲストハウス

「スタッフは親切にいろいろ教えていただけた。」

「The hotel was an excellent stop over for 1 night in a good location if you have a car. The reception desk was very helpful in providing alternative eating places in town. Continental breakfast was great but finished at 0930」

「Staff were all on point and friendly. Room clean but small. Awkward credenza with uncomfortable stools is kind of pointless. Any kind of regular chair iwould have been more useful. We chose this property as it allowed dogs. Expedia advertised it as having a garden area. The neglected, trashy garden is only available to a handful of rooms on lower level. Not the motel’s fault but the immediate surrounding sidewalks were full of garbage. So not a good place to stay if you have dogs.」

「Unfortunately, I had some issues with cleanliness」

「Good, just carry bed linen.」

「ダブルブッキングが発生し、予約した部屋に泊まれなかったうえ、フロントの対応も最悪だった。」

「Lovely place to stay. Right on the lake, clean, comfortable, and quiet.」
