ナナイモ地域 ホテル

「Was a bit disappointed in our stay. The first night we were in “Jedidiah” which was clean but dark, damp and outdated. After requesting an upgrade we were relocated to an ocean front room which was significantly better. Staff were very helpful and the beach was beautiful, but it wasn’t great money for value especially the Grotto Spa.」

「The room was very clean, quiet, Bed was super comfortable friendly staff, gluten free options for breakfast! pool and hot tub were great, Pool water was on the colder side, other than that great stay! would recommend to families and anyone wanting a comfortable quiet place to rest!」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really close to Halloween so I enjoyed that they were able to have some form of fun while still maintaining the building and doing their jobs. Room was clean. They replaced the bedding and towels everyday. The garbages were removed as well. They respected your privacy and items. (I had left my suitcase on the bed the first day, so they didnt change the bedding. Completely my fault.) The furniture is updated. I am super nervous about glass tops...

「Great place to stay the restaurant is very good as well」

「Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Bed were soft so I was worried but I slept really well. While it is dated, I have no complaints, everything was good. Breakfast was basic but hey free breakfast. If in Nanaimo again, will stay again. 😁」

「It is located near the port and its parking lot is free for everyone.」

「ダブルブッキングが発生し、予約した部屋に泊まれなかったうえ、フロントの対応も最悪だった。」
