「This property worked fairly well for three women travelling together. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms adequate for our needs. The decor is quirky but not offensive. There really isn’t much of an ocean view as the trees are very tall in front. The kitchen supplies ( cutlery, dishes, glassware) are adequate but quite mismatched and limited in number. We were okay but others might be less happy. The barbecue needs to be replaced. The seating arrangement in the living room is awkward...

「I took my 88yo Mom on a road trip over night to Parksville in my Miata. You impressed my Mom, and she's done some travelling and seen a few places. We have already decided, that if the prices are sill as reasonable, we will come back again. Next time we will stay for at least 2 nights.」

「It was a spacious and comfortable room. It had a great deck with views of natural scenery. Very relaxing. Sauna and pool were great perks. The door was difficult to open at times; it kept getting jammed. Also, the host needs to be better at communicating, we never received instructions to check-in and he was hard to reach. Overall, great place, but needs some minor improvements.」

「Unique hidden gem! Love the outdoor space and how easy it is to be there when travelling with children. It’s not fancy, but it’s cozy and comfortable. A very sweet home away from home. Tip for travellers: Bring a battery powered lantern to act as a reading lamp in second bedroom.」
