「This property is in desperate need of an upgrade. We had an ice bucket but no glasses. Jug and coffee maker but no cups. Walked on the beach which was very polluted (looked like a lot of toilet paper washed up). Do not recommend 」

「The amenities were well thought out, and the room even had creamer for your coffee in the mini-refrigerator. The bathroom and kitchen area was exceptionally clean. I very much enjoyed my stay.」

「Although we came here without a car, the staffs picked us up to the nearest bus stop and showed us around. When i talked with them , they were always smiling and helpful. Service in this hotel was much better than i expected. I wanna come here again.」

「The hotel is right on the main road through Nanaimo and I first thought it might be too noisy but it wasn't. The room is well constructed to provide a nice nights sleep. Pictures in the ad are accurate. If you travel with a dog there is a nice enclosed back area for exercise.」
