Wonderful stay at the JW and will definitely stay here again! Very attentive staff and great amenities. Perfect location if you are going to a concert at Rogers arena. Thank you to front desk agent Daria (I believe is her name, she checked us in on December 3, 2025 sometime between 2:30-4pm) made our stay special with a little treat and allowing us to check in earlier.
