「Location and staff were great. Huge rooms. the lake was nice but a ton of lake weed. Went to the public swim area down the road and the beach was fantastic 」
「Great place, our tub wasn't draining properly,but the front desk had maintenence come and fix the issue quickly. Be careful with making sure the room door is shut all the way, because it may not shut properly. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea station in the lounge area. Great area for BBQ in the back where you can bring your furry friends as well. Parking is a little tight. We also got a free round of golf across the way for each day we stayed. Wonderful staff. 」

「This hotel was old but rooms have been updated and were very clean and big. They had one pack of coffee, two would have been better. There was a Japanese restaurant with rave reviews. The staff were great, I had to work very late and they allowed me a late check out. 」

「It’s our third stay over the span of 4 years. Excellent motel, great staff and service, clean room. Quiet location right by the water, very conveniently situated from the transportation standpoint, close to Downtown Nanaimo, and many restaurants and stores are within 10-15 min drive.」
