「A great place for a pet friendly stay! We always love the rooms, the restaurant and the beautiful ocean view. It's just the best location. We did have construction materials that were in our view this time (discarded cardboard) but I alerted the desk and hopefully this is a temporary thing. :)」

Such an easy check in with a friendly person, our beach front room was beautiful with the opportunity to take our chairs out onto the grass in the sun to watch the tide come in from an endless beach, dinner in the restaurant was so delicious…it was prime rib night! And then a very comfortable bed and totally quiet thro the night. It was perfect….we will be back!」

「Arrived for 4pm checkin and room was not ready. Cleaner had not started our room yet as I was told they arrived late that day. Had to wait or come back later for room to be ready. Booked for 5 nights but room was so tiny and dresser was in the way that it was very hard for my disabled mom to get around the room. Toilet seat was also very low. Ended up checking out after two nights because of the room condition. Was still charged full price for 5 days even though room was not ready upon checkin...

(supposed to be sent room # and access code for digital lock). A half hour before check in (4pm) we had no instructions and no staff in front office. We called, left a msg and after waiting in hot parking lot we went to a resteraunt, tried calling again, finally after emailing we got a text back that there was now a staff in the office. It got...
