"Hotel was ok , not much offered compared to other hotels. No free parking, no breakfast, no atm , couldn't get cash to do laundry at property. The hotel made false accusations, didn’t try make sure to know the truth first. Wont be staying there again and done recommend. "

"Room had been "renovated", poorly. Brick walls, poor excuse for a kitchenette, and an odour i couldnt quite place. Check in is all online and there are no personelle on site. Look elsewhere."

"Room was beyond old & tired & felt dingy. Dishes in the cupboard were chipped & mismatched. Chairs were haphazard- one barstool & one kitchen chair. The smell was horrible!! We kept the windows open all night. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows weren't great. Bathroom has been updated. Front staff was fantastic! We got in late from the ferry & they happy to help us after closing hours. "

"Great views. Staff were great. Issue with the hot tub the first night there but was fixed the second night just too crowded to use. Large spacious rooms - very clean. Beds were quite squishy. Could be updated. "
