「景色は最高で、ガンジスの街にも歩いて行ける距離で良かったです。ロビーにはウェルカムドリンク、りんごが置いてあり、クッキーもプレゼントしてもらいました。 宿泊代は高いですが、ホテルの前にも、素敵なレストランもあるので、安心できる便利なロケーションだと思います。 スタッフさんの英語がスピード速すぎて、着いていけなかったです。」

「The Cottage and Castle is absolutely charming, beautifully decorated and situated in a lovely neighborhood of colourfully painted houses and As well it is anIt’s a real gem. However as we returned after an evening out the stench in the air from a soil, composting, wastewater and recycling treatment plant was overwhelming. I there is a solution to this as Chemainus is a charming town and the Cottage and Castle was exceptional! 」

「Had a pretty good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. Parking was simple and felt safe, which was a big plus. The kitchen had what we needed for basic cooking, though a couple extra utensils would have made it even better. Nothing fancy, but it was a solid place to stay and I’d book it again.”」

「I do not recommend staying there. Our room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and the bathroom stunk of mold which you could clearly see all around the tub/shower too. The outside of the motel had a room with caution tape taping it off. Police were rolling in to check on people who were obviously living there. I did not feel safe and as soon as we woke up we left immediately. 」

「This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...

「Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...

「「2013 年 5 月に全面改修工事を完了」と書いてあったので、期待していましたが、ペンキを塗りなおした程度に見えました。ロケーションはハイウェイ沿いにあるのでよいですが、少しうるさいです。４人で宿泊したのですが、タオルが２セットしか用意されてませんでいた。通過点としての宿泊と割り切れば、十分です。」
