「Just needed a place to stay for a concert & this sandman location blew our expectations away! Loved the close shopping and restaurants. We were on the 6th floor & the ceilings were super high and the room really nice! Would stay here again if there’s another concert in the area & would recommend to anyone. 」

「Spacious upper floor. Wifi did not work. Was extremely hot during the night, didn’t allow us to get a goodnight sleep. Very clean. Driveway parking was nice. Downstairs neighbours could be a little loud a times. 」

「For the same price as a hotel, for a family with 4 of us, it was well worth it. Awesome to have your own space and 3 bedrooms. The price was right, if you’re not worried about cosmetic stuff. the noise from the downstairs people was the biggest complaint I’d have. It was very loud until midnight the first night and 11pm the second night. Also with a napping baby during the day, the noise was loud too. But other than that it was great. We would choose this place over a hotel again for sure. Easy...

「This place worked for what was needed. There was little communication with owner however check in and out was easy. The room was acceptable for cleanliness however the washroom needed more attention to detail. It’s a quiet place overall but there were some disruptions throughout the stay( loud music till 2am from neighbouring suite and stomping from above). And parking is limited. These are minor inconveniences and shouldn’t distract from the fact it’s an affordable and functional option in...

「Overall the property is gorgeous. Lots of parking. Beautiful yard. Beds were clean. The kitchen was pretty well stocked utensil wise. We did find fuzzy moldy meatballs in the microwave and the coffee maker had some questionable sludge in it, but we found those like an hour before we checked out.」

「This property is great for a large group with comfortable beds and three bathrooms that are stocked with basic needs (shampoo, conditioner, soap). The kitchen has everything we needed with many spices and dishes and glassware. The nespresso machine and provided coffee was greatly appreciated and the outdoor bbq and living space was fantastic. The area is safe and well taken care of. Would recommend!」
