Updated Cabin At Cultus Lake That Is Ideal For A Family Vacation.

"Nice quaint cabin in an ideal location close to the beach. Very quiet location even during the height of the tourist season. Good parking for more than one vehicle. The backyard is large with two well appointed deck areas with tables and many chairs, large BBQ, and fire pit (good for making smores!). Very nice to use. The cabin was clean with a good supply of bath towels and beach towels for use. Good air conditioning in all the bedrooms and main living area supplemented by fans. The kitchen had the required larger appliances and met all our cooking needs. Large fridge. Six people (2 children) could sleep comfortably in the main floor bedrooms. I would have preferred the main floor TV to have been in the living room area instead of in the ante room of one of the bedrooms. Would be more convenient without having to go into one of the bedrooms. Having said that, the large TV in the basement rec room was mainly used because of the location of the main floor TV. Basement is nicely appointed with a desk work station, comfortable lounging chairs, and a futon that could sleep one more person. Would be good quiet place to work or read - cooler in the summer than the main floor. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay there very much."

"Stunning property. There’s a common kitchen and other areas but you still have your own room and washroom with shower. Super friendly hosts and the animals on the property add so much character! We went for lots of walks and saw chickens, plum trees, mountains, farmland, flowers, it was a beautiful stay."

"We had a great time with our family. We were a family of 13, and of course the place could have accommodated so much more, but we all had fun exploring the house. Lots of activities to do for all involved whether active or just chilling. We played basketball, pickle ball, card games, pool, watched movies, did the hot tub and cold plunge and just relaxed. A perfect spot to get your family together for a fun weekend. The view was also spectacular. Thanks David."

"The breakfast room is too small for the size if the property. Parking is a problem as there are not enough spots and they are quite narrow. Also the property is right beside highway 1 so vehicular traffic noise is annoying at night. Otherwise the staff and conditions are very nice."

"We had a great stay! The location was awesome, and the kids had an absolute BLAST with all of the outdoor activities and video games. There was so much for them to do, and it was a really fun setup for a big group. Hiking spot not to miss: Teapot Trail. Also, plan a lake day at the stunning Harrison Lake (tip from a local) but make sure to bring water shoes as it's a rocky beach! Just a little feedback for future guests - we had 20 people and found the sleeping arrangements pretty tight. The listing says it can accommodate 50 people, so we were surprised by how snug it felt even with our group of 20. We also found the description of some of the bedrooms/rooms a little confusing. There are 5 true bedrooms with doors; otherwise, the beds are sofa beds in common areas.I’m only mentioning this because I think it would be helpful for future groups to have a really clear picture of the sleeping setup before booking. That said, we really enjoyed the property, loved the location, and the kids absolutely loved all of the fun things to do. We had a great time!"
