"ベッドメイキングの清掃員がお客さんが乗っているエレベーターにワゴンごと乗ってきてお客さんを待たせるのは初めての経験でした。客室は広く快適ですが、シーツにきれいにアイロンがかかっていない感じだったのと、朝食の質が低かったのは残念でした。"
