「This was above my expectations. And believe me they are high. This was a very clean suite, with all the required amenities. Very comfortable in all aspects. Just minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Hopefully I'll get to stay again.」

Unit and neighborhood very quiet. The place is only about 5 minutes from grocery stores, great coffee shop (JJ Beans), restaurants, etc. A great bargain all around!」

The only thing that I found odd is vrbo listing quoted a different base price but when I went to book price jumped by $30. I tried couple times with same results. Then I just booked. It was still a good price for the room, but found it odd that quote & actual had a significant difference in price.」

The property was nice and clean, the owner respinded quickly when i asked about where we should park and code to get into thw property. Yes you heard some traffic noise when someone reved up their engine, but it was very quiet for us. 「Everything about the property is good except for the wi-fi signal. The signal range is not reachable from the room as it doesn’t have a router/modem nearby. We were working for a couple days while we were there and it was not reliable, so we had to go into a cafe to work.」
