「B＆Bなのに朝御飯は付きませんでした。冷蔵庫にマフィンとヨーグルトがありました。初め二人で予約して一人追加しましたが、Hotel.comへ電話を何回もしてメールもして、連絡が取れず大変でした。 三人でダブルベットとソファベットでしたが、ソファベットのメイキングはなく、シーツもblanketも無くベットカバーて寝ました。いつも夜は誰もいなく頼めませんでした。ベランダからの眺めは最高でした。部屋は綺麗。」

「Small rooms, no furniture just a bed. No tv and a shared kitchen that didnt have running water. We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. 「This was our first VRBO and it will not be our last. Wonderful spot for the three of us, the kitchen, washing machine and separate rooms gave everyone their space - as if we were at our home. There were some questions we needed to ask and changes required - the VRBO app worked great and everything worked out.」

「I stayed for two weeks for a business trip. Location was central to everything but quiet neighborhood. Private entrance and sweet. Nice and clean. Had all the amenities that I could need to cook meals and feel completely at home. Highly recommend host. :)」

「We have used short term rentals before and had great experiences, but this is THE WORST experience we have had. Don’t stay here if you want to actually sleep. There is crashing noises, running sounds, and yelling/fighting well into the late hours of the night. The bedroom is a fire hazard with no window, and the heating vents feed the suite with cigarette smoke/mould smells. The host didn’t supply arrival details or check in procedures. 「I had a great stay with Oscar and Galina in their main floor guest room. They were very responsive with their communications prior to and during my stay. The room was comfortable and feedback was well received about ways to improve their accommodation. I enjoyed some visiting and sharing stories about their cultural heritage and interests in new ventures. 」
