「Booked what I thought was a new property and once arrived was notified it was double booked and my booking was now at a different location at a property of not the same quality. While the property was clean the bathroom dated and the parking was crowded and hard to navigate. The property was definitely not what I had wanted when I booked, at a different property all together.」
