"The hotel was nice and clean. The roof top pool and hot tub was nice. Rooms large and lovely. The shower and tub was perfect with heated floor in shower. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided was very nice. Robes and slippers also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle was great but had specific times. There is valet parking but we didn’t have a car so not sure if there is a charge for it. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and was a bit pricey but large portions so could share. Not far to walk to several different types of restaurants and take outs. Outlet shopping mall within a 10 minute or so walk. Very close to the airport and the Skytrain station to make getting into Vancouver very easy"

"It was a very clean hotel so we were very happy about that. Breakfast was extremely basic but totally fine for our standards and the hotel was very easily within walking distance to the train station. We woke up and took the sky link to the cruise port it was very easy and four dollars. We called the hotel several times and kept getting hung up on so that was disappointing but as long as you don’t need to interact to the front desk, you’ll be fine. It is very clean and very affordable and met the needs of us flying in the night before a cruise."
