"This is a great hotel to stay at when coming from the island - it's an easy bus ride from the ferry to the hotel directly, and from there after dropping our things off it's an easy train into Vancouver. We'll be back!"

"Great convenient hotel in the downtown core. Our family stayed here while attending a concert and really enjoyed our stay. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was very quiet. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We used the gym and pool which were great. Staff were friendly and answered all questions. Underground parking was available for us. Highly recommend. We will stay again. "

"The staff rushed me through my check in I had no time to ask questions. Very disappointing considering how expensive this hotel was. There is no information sheets in the room. Not everyone has knowledge of how to scan codes to find everything out about your hotel. Not user friendly at all "
