"Staff at check-in and check-out were efficient and polite. I was upgraded to a suite without requesting. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room could use some updating/refurbishing: chipped furniture, slightly worn fabric, no sockets for devices in the bedroom part of the suite and only two readily available sockets in the living room area."
