"I stayed here for the first time about a week ago, and I just have to say how impressed I was—especially with the two Asian women at the front desk. They were so pleasant and helpful. The check-in was super friendly and supportive, and even when I caused a bit of a hiccup with a mistake on my end, they handled it kindly and professionally.
I came back to stay again this week, and once again, the hospitality and service were outstanding. And it wasn’t only the front desk; the shuttle driver and restaurant staff were fantastic as well.
In the mornings, there’s complimentary Starbucks coffee and other drinks by the lobby, and in the afternoons they offer delicious cookies. My wife and I have totally fallen in love with this hotel. She says this is the only place she wants to stay whenever we’re in Vancouver, and I completely agree.
I know I might sound like someone planted by the hotel to write a glowing review, but I promise we’re just genuinely big fans. Without a doubt, it’s literally the most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed. We’ll definitely keep coming back and absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone we know."
