"Staff incredible"

"Room was nice but noticed shower would not have been good for the elderly or physically challenged as it is a tub with shower. Bathroom was large. Nice deep tub but big step over. View was city scape. Only real negative was that there were signs everywhere saying no outside food or drink is allowed in the room. But yet there was a fridge (with no honor bar) plus an ice bucket with wine corkscrew. Ice machine was just down the hall. Mixed message? Would have also liked to have had a small table and chairs in the room."

"Traveling to visit some colleges in the area with my daughter. Hotel staff was very kind but building seemed tired, shower was weak, and parking situation was inconvenient. "

"This is a five star hotel located in the Vancouver International Airport Terminal. It was a nice surprise a lovely room lots of amenities and great if you have an early morning flight the next day. I definitely recommend this property "

"Rooms don’t look like the photos and very heavily sprays with very strong air freshener. "

"Room wasn’t really clean there was layers of dust in everything I used my own wipe and wiped everything down. All of the furniture was chipped and old. Pool area was ok my daughter had fun on The slide . We were on the 8 th floor our ice machine didn’t work so I went to 11 that one was broken as well then I went to 5 and was finally able to get some ice. There were male cleaning staff who were slamming doors everytime they went in to a room . I asked for a late check out they asked me how long I needed I asked for an hour and rudely said the would give me 30 minutes. Hotel wasn’t busy at all. Also the Starbucks only being open from 6-10 am was disappointing . Don’t know if I’d come back "
